The Tahitensis-type vanilla bean is literally soaked in vanillin, the caviar does of course contain it, but its pod is particularly generous, so a long infusion is more suitable for this variety. Infuse a teaspoonful 12 hours before use and you will be pleasantly surprised at the flavors it conceals !! Our vanilla powder is made here in Quebec with whole pods (peel and caviar) very ripe. You are therefore assured that it does not contain any impurities and has not been made from spoiled vanilla pods and that it does not contain any impurities, leaves or dust.
