Vanilla paste (100g)
Vanilla paste is made from alcohol-free extract obtained through a mechanical ultrasonic extraction process with water. For conservation, we used a fair trade organic sugar syrup.
The dough is available in two variants: the vanilla of the Tahitensis variety cultivated in Indonesia on the Island of Kalimantang. Less aniseed than Tahitensis "first of the name", this vanilla has a fruity and spicy flavor; and Mexican vanilla paste. The Mexican vanilla comes from Papantla, directly from a Totomaque family, without intermediaries
