Tahiti-coconut vanilla extract (60ml)
This vanilla extract made in Saint-Roch-de-Richelieu is made mechanically with an ultrasonic process, which allows us to produce an extract of excellent quality, without having to wait a year, as with regard to the long maceration method.
Tahitensis is a hybrid vanilla that dances apart from the rest. Likewise, it goes divinely with certain foods and above all: coconut! Use this extract for baking, but also to refine your curries, your oriental sauces, your sautéed vegetables, and of course fish.
Without taking anything away from the long maceration method which produces a more complex bouquet, this 100% pure and natural extract is an excellent quality product, without any pretension, and more economical than the long version. Perfect for your tartars, poke bowls, salads ... and pastry!
