Tahitensis vanilla extract from Indonesia (60ml)
This vanilla extract made in Saint-Roch-de-Richelieu is made mechanically with an ultrasonic process, which allows us to produce an extract of excellent quality, without having to wait a year, as with regard to the long maceration method.
All the fruity bouquet of the famous hybrid Tahitensis vanilla is present in this extract. Of course anise, marshmallow and red fruits will come to your mouth, but the magic of this spice is transformed according to your preparations. For the ice cream, the fruit and the marshmallow are in the foreground; in oil to brush the fish, new chocolate aromas will amaze you!
Without taking anything away from the long maceration method which produces a more complex bouquet, this 100% pure and natural extract is an excellent quality product, without any pretension, and more economical than the long version. Perfect for your tartars, poke bowls, salads ... and pastry! One combination is less successful: unlike all varieties made from vanilla planifolia, it does not go well with dark chocolate, but if you have plans for white chocolates, you will have better luck.
