Mada-Quebec vanilla extract (60ml)
This vanilla extract made in Saint-Roch-de-Richelieu is made mechanically with an ultrasonic process, which allows us to produce an extract of excellent quality, without having to wait a year, as with regard to the long maceration method.
Made from vanilla pods from Koperativa Lovasoa, and an alcohol flavored with cherry and wild plum macerated for 15 months this extract presents powerful notes of vanillin typical of Madagascar, in a fruity bouquet all in length with notes reminiscent of rum and amaretto. A few grains of organic sugar have been added reminiscent of the ancestral Haitian recipe from which this little gem is inspired.
This 100% pure and natural extract is a product of excellent quality, without any pretension, and more economical than the long version. Perfect for all your pastries !!
