72% Criollo chocolate (30g)
These bars, handcrafted in Quebec, contain between 30 and 33g of pure certified organic criollo chocolate and a little organic sugar. Nothing else. Only pure nibs mixed for 16 hours in a conch. No lecithin, no cocoa butter from other types of cocoa, nothing to alter its pure and subtle taste. And that's why this chocolate is not sold during the hot season: without lecithin it melts at 38 degrees Celsius!
Above all, do not store it in the fridge or near a heat source. Like vanilla, this chocolate is delicate and requires careful care.
The packaging is 100% biodegradable.
